The evaluation focuses on what the property delivers, not its room count, brand affiliation, or footprint. A 20‑room boutique hotel that excels in every criterion can earn a Five Diamond designation, while a large luxury resort that falls short in any required area may receive Four Diamond instead. Property size does not determine Diamond level—performance does.
